Most oil producing countries have massive amounts of crude with very little refining capacity, tremendous need for clean products, and problematic relationships with refiners and refining countries.

AX provides the much needed bridge between the two, which includes but is not limited to:

• Entering into refinery processing agreements
• Arranging shipping of crude to refiners
• Facilitating the return of clean products
• Marketing excess clean products
• Balancing the books on both sides

Similarly, petrochemicals whether from petroleum, coal, natural gas, and/or renewable sources such as corn or sugar cane are sourced from producers and traded with countries that have high demand.
